Maryam Quran Academy Refund Policy

At Maryam Quran Academy, we aim to provide a clear, fair, and transparent refund policy that ensures a smooth experience for both students and the Academy. Below are the details of our refund policy, including eligibility, cancellation process, refund amounts, and more.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for students who have paid for courses or services offered by Maryam Quran Academy.

2. Notice Period for Cancellation

To qualify for a refund, students must provide written notice of cancellation or withdrawal at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class. Notice should be sent to the following email address:

3. Refund Amount

Refunds will be issued according to the following guidelines based on the timing of the cancellation:

  • 100% Refund for cancellations made 7 days or more before the course commencement date.
  • 50% Refund for cancellations made within 7 days of the course commencement date.
4. Cancellation Fees

A $20 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all cancellations.

5. Course Completion

No refunds are issued for courses that have already been completed. Once the course has started and the student has attended, no refund will be applicable.

6. Payment Plans

For students enrolled in a payment plan, the refund will be calculated based on the number of classes attended. The refund will be prorated based on the actual number of classes taken, minus the applicable cancellation fee.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, we aim to resolve issues through negotiation and mutual agreement. Both the Academy and the student will work together to reach a fair solution.

8. Policy Updates

Maryam Quran Academy reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time, with or without notice. Any changes will be communicated to students via email.

Refund Process

Step 1: Submit a Cancellation Request

The refund will be calculated based on the time of cancellation, minus the $20 administrative fee, and the number of classes attended (if applicable for payment plans).

Step 4: Refund Processing

After confirmation, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to your original payment method.
